Science Lab Glass Cabinet from Oxford University
Shipping calculated at checkout
Description
This very smart freestanding glass cabinet was rescued from a science lab at Oxford University. If you open the doors you will see the year 1956 and the Hampton and Sons stamp who were renowned furniture makers from London.
The cabinet has two shelves and a very smart pinky trim around the inside edges. We also love the hinges which sit flush to the cabinet. It would be ideal for displaying glass and tableware, books or other treasures.
A great piece of furniture with a rich history.
We plan on adding some blue ticking fabric to the pack to make it stand out even more!
Please note that because this is a vintage item there will still be signs of its past post restoration.
