It's a new year and this is our first Customer Inspiration post for 2026! We always love to share pictures of our goods in their new homes and this edition is a bumper one! It's a celebration of some of the goods that have landed in homes over the last few months and we hope you enjoy seeing them in situ.

Dreamy Desks

You know we love a desk and particularly the good old fashion school lift up lid ones! Chrissie Haynes chose a desk which was customised in Hague Blue for her sons room and then paired it with one of our round Green Maggie's. The perfect creative spot!

Easy on the Eye Storage

When this plan chest arrived at the studio it wasn't in the best condition. It needed a new top amongst other things and the plan was to add a colour to the outside but leave the drawer fronts in their natural wood. Emma Butcher who is a wonderfully loyal BT customer saw it and asked us to paint the outside in Farrow & Balls super smart Hague Blue and then the handles in Nancy's Blushes. The result as you can see is incredible and it makes the perfect coffee table.

Becca Sherwin has nabbed a few goods from us and she was after a great storage solution for her fab new extension. These classic and very sort after Esavian drawers were the perfect solution. Can you also spot the green round Maggie next to it? Apparently it's the perfect launch pad onto the sofa! Fancy a Maggie of your own? Check out what we have available online.

Fiona Chambers nabbed this incredible bookshelf that we painted in one of our favourite yellows; Babouche. It has three adjustable shelves and it looks wonderful in her daughters bedroom. If you fancy something similar we have a few shelving units online currently.

Fiona also managed to purchase a wonderful Hague Blue storage cupboard for paperwork etc and to show off some lego!!

Bespoke Goods

Did you know that we also make our own goods? John is an amazing carpenter and loves creating new goods for our customers. We were contacted by Stephen Cleary to make a bespoke Edith. This is our brilliant birch ply storage boxes on castors. Stephen wanted one a little taller and narrower than our standard size and we were super happy to oblige. It's perfect for housing shoes and using as a mini bench. Do check out out Edith's online (we have three different versions available) and get in touch should you need one with different dimensions.

Alexandra Ivanka wanted us to make a wall shelving unit for her landing to create a reading nook. It was built to her specifications and then painted in Lulowrth Blue. We have created this style for a few customers now so if you'd like similar please do drop us an email.

Emma who we mentioned above also got in touch with a bespoke request for John. She was after a simple shoe storage unit for her hallway. John got to work and created this unit with one shelf and routed sides and back. It was then painted in Nancy's Blushes. Again if you think this could be useful in your home drop us an email and we can make to your required dimensions.

Shop Perfect

An amazing new lifestyle shop has opened in our local village of Cranleigh. Clare the owner was already a BT customer but she wanted some pieces for this new shop. We supplied a rather beautiful cabinet. The glass was removed (for easy access to stock for customers) and we painted the back in Farrow & Balls Pam. We also supplied a striking French cupboard with the most amazing patina. John then revamped a wooden cabinet Clare already had to make it shop ready and to be used as the shop counter. If you're local to Cranleigh you must go and visit Peach on the high street.

Room Accessories

Annetta Balzan was after some hooks for her hallway and chose these super simple but very cool metal hooks. They look so smart against the neutral colours. Head online to see what other hook options we have available should you fancy something similar.
