Welcome to a new feature on the Blue Ticking blog, Customer inspiration! This is where we plan on showcasing your wonderful photos of our goods so that others can be inspired. It should provide a great insight into how our different pieces can work in various spaces. We hope you enjoy seeing all the fab customer images and if you would like to be featured then please don't hesitate to get in touch!
First up is a double whammy from the home of Carly Stringer. Carly has created this cosy corner with one of our favourite storage pieces we recently restored, a rather striking dentists cabinet. Carly wanted it painted in the ever popular Farrow and Ball colour Railings. The cabinet sits perfectly beside this stunning children's tambour fronted desk and French chair which has been painted in India Yellow. We think Carly has created the perfect corner to get creative and do the dreaded homework!

Next up we have this stunning railway cabinet which as you can see now houses shoes, genius idea! This gorgeous hallway belongs to Charlie Powner and we love how she has used this vintage piece in a practical way. The sliding doors mean the shows can be shut away and not on display!

Another lovely customer Camilla Bowry bought the below pigeon hole to try and tackle her never ending pile of shoes. The dimensions were perfect for her hallway and she now has a place for every pair! We tend to get pigeon holes in fairly frequently and can source so if you are after something similar please do get in touch.

As many of us are still working from home, we had to show you one of our favourite working from home stations. With the natural light shining through it looks like the ideal spot. Kirsty Davison went for one of our French single metal legged desks and chose to customise the legs in Farrow and Ball's Stiffkey Blue. It's then paired with one of our classic French red metal legged chairs.
We still have a couple of these desks available and you can choose the leg colour. We have about 25 Farrow and Ball colours on offer so there is definitely something for everyone! French chairs also available.
We finish with another great work station in the home of Eleni Lawrence. Eleni chose one of our vintage Formica desks with handy lift up lid. We love this design feature because it means at the end of the day you can pop everything inside and clock off! The desk has been paired with one of our classic chairs with black legs and wooden seat and back. Both bring a subtle but impactful design element to the room. We love this set up and think the shelves above are a wonderful idea too!
Thanks for taking the time to have a look at some of our customers images and we hope they have inspired you to add a bit of vintage to your home! Don't forget that if you are after something specific we could help source it, just drop us an email at info@blueticking.co.uk.
